6. Customer Terms & Conditions

- Payment: All services must be prepaid at the time of booking via Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
- Scheduling: Services are booked via our integrated Acuity platform. You will receive confirmation via email.
- Rescheduling and Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued only in cases of service cancellation by us or if a request is made within our defined refund policy window.
- Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who behaves inappropriately or disruptively during scheduled sessions.
- Session Expiration: Packages or prepaid sessions must be used within the stated time frame at purchase. Unused sessions may expire if not scheduled within that window.
